At Offero we understand volunteer management.


Offero was developed and is supported by Squarei Technologies Inc. Since 1996 we have been delivering software solutions for a myriad of industries. In 2012 we partnered with our local city government to build a state of the art volunteer management system. The result is Offero. We don't have outside investors. This enables us to focus solely on our clients' needs. Supporting those needs means developing best practices to share with our clients, creating features that foster success, investing in each of our clients' implementations for the long-term, and introducing internal processes that are efficient and effective.


We speak the language of people across your organization — from your line of business departments to IT organizations, as well as your volunteer and education coordinators. We are able to translate everyone's data management needs into customized system requirements that fit you ...and then we implement them. As such, you don't need squadrons of programmers involved in implementing your volunteer management and reporting solution. We overlay our knowledge of volunteer management concepts on top of our technical abilities to ensure each of our clients' implementations meets its specific goals.
